

This is an interactive activity helping students learn the importance of eating healthy and staying fit. Students will see what ten pounds of fat in your body actually looks like and how it feels! They will also learn how to read the nutrition labels on food and how to select the best options at fast food restaurants so that they can be better informed about what they are eating. This is a great activity to help students incorporate healthy living practices into their hectic everyday schedules.
This activity can be done in class, as an after-school lesson or for a school club or group.
