

The goal of the program is to retain primary care practices in rural East Texas by helping them remain or become financially viable. This is done by performing an operations assessment on-site and reviewing the practice’s business processes.
Areas Reviewed:By identifying administrative and financial concerns and providing useful reports and tools, this program has helped to stabilize the future of numerous medical practices in rural communities.
Retention is the key word in our practice management program with an emphasis on educating and recruiting qualified medical providers to rural Texas; the practice management program works to retain those providers currently giving care in rural Texas.
